Do you do Tours?

Yes, You can make arrangements with the driver or contact for specialized tours.


Cameras are installed in each vehicle for you and our drivers' protection.


Rates are determined by the city in which the taxi operates. The majority of the trips are based on the meter amount. The exception being flat rates between airports and major hotels. PLease see our Service/Rates link for more information.

Credit cards accepted

Drivers accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

Pay at destinations?

Possible but not recommended. Dispatch must be able to call the person at the destination and confirm they are paying for the trip.


All of our taxis are lisenced and insured to meet the requirements of the city they service.

Pets? Service animals?

The majority of the taxis will accept pets. When placing your order, tell the agent that you are traveling with your pet. The small pets need to be in a carrier and/or on a leash and not foul the car. Service animals on a leash are always permited to ride with the passenger.

Wheelchair access?

Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available at no extra charge. Reservations made 24 hours in advance is requested, but same day orders are serviced in as timely a manner as possible.

Hours of operation?

Dispatching and taxi services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Business office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Lost and found?

If you lost something in one of our vechicles, please call 310.715.1968 Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 12:00pm and 2:30pm and 4:30pm. Do not try to use an ext or leave a message for lost and found.

How to become a driver?

To apply as a driver please call 310.851.5062 for information. Bring a California Department f Motor Vehicles H6 into the recruiting department at 2129 W Rosecrans Ave Gardena. There is one week of unpaid training, licensing tests, and drug and alcohol tests that need to be completed successfully to become a taxi driver.

Senior discounts?

The cities sponsor Senior Ride and Dial-A-Ride programs for the senior and disabled residents of their community. Contact your city hall or nearby senior center for information to sign up. Visitors may ask the driver for a senior discount and show ID as requested in cities serviced in L, S, E and B fleets. City of Los Angelesdoes not allow discounts. The "senior age" varies by city

University cards? What to do if cards don't work?

At this time only LMU and USC student ID cards can be used to pay for taxi rides if there is money on their accounts. If the card is damaged, the USC student can call 213.740.4645. LMU student can call 310.338.7827. Drivers need to complete a M/R with student name, ID#, pick up and destination addresses and turn it into cashiering.

Do we pick up at airport?

Our taxis are waiting at the curb at LAX and Long Beach Airport. We are not licensed to pick up at John Wayne or Bob Hope Airports.

Where do we get cityride cards?

Please call (213 or 323 or 818 or 424)808-7433 or go online to L.A.D.O.T. taxi city ride to get the forms to sign up.
